Meridian Warehouse
Challenge:
Meridian needed a straightforward, cost-efficient warehouse frame with a compressed 8-week timeline ahead of a lease start date they couldn't move.
Materials:
Standard-profile structural steel framing, galvanized roof purlins
Approach:
We used a standardized frame design to cut engineering time and fabricated in bulk runs, prioritizing schedule certainty over custom detailing. Delivery and installation were sequenced back-to-back to close the gap to their lease date.
