Sentosa Residence Frame
Challenge:
A private homeowner wanted an open-plan two-story residence with exposed steel structural elements as part of the architectural design — meaning the steelwork itself needed to look finished, not just be structurally sound.
Materials:
Exposed-finish structural steel framing, powder-coated connections, custom steel staircase stringers
Approach:
We fabricated the frame with clean, exposed-finish welds and powder-coated connections since the steel would be visible in the final interior, then installed with extra care around finish surfaces already in place from other trades.
